Explanations
With Simple search you can search records in following tables (by searching in different data fields):
- Document: Dodis No., title, summary, date/period
As result you will get a list of documents (resp. the detail view if only 1 document is found). - Person: First name, last name, comments
- Organization: Name, location, comments
- Geographical term: Name
- Thematic list: Subject
- Archive classification: Classification
As result you will get a list of persons, organizations etc. In the detail view of the person, organization etc. you'll find the documents, that are linked with the respective name or item.
Possibility of mulitlingual search resp. of search for synonyms (Person, Organization, Geographical term, Thematic list). The result list will only display the main entry.
It is possible to search in «Documents», «Bibliography» and/or «Info ICE». You can restrict the number of found records in «Documents» by choosing a document type.
